New Wheels on the Cruze!

I had purchased these wheels for my previous Cruze ECO and then traded it in. Once I bought this Cruze, I wanted them back. My boss (I work at a dealership for those who don't know) said he would rather have the ones on my car already (multi spoke chrome ECO wheels) and said I could get the 2LT Cruze wheels back. Today, it happened. I am excite.

I got these on eBay. Brand new OEM wheels for 450 including shipping. I thought that was reasonable. The 2LT and LTZ wheels are my favorite, however, the LTZ wouldn't work due to tire size.

It's entirely stock, except I have grey carbon fiber overylays for the front and rear bowties from Grafxworks. I really like the car. I've been looking at aftermarket wheels, and found a few I've liked, but wasn't a fan of the price. There is a huge car wrecking yard within an hour of my place, and they have a free parts day on Saturdays where you pay $50 and take whatever you can carry out. So I want to go see if they have an LTZ with the 18 inch rims and good tires and then grab those. I figure I can carry 2 wheels each trip, so I can do it for $100.

I've thought long and hard about those. Are those 17's? Or 18's? They are amazing. I have seen exactly 1 in the wild with those wheels.

Kinja doesn't like when I put in pictures from Flickr via the link into the picture inserter. So I click publish, and they don't work, so I hit edit, and they show up with a blank picture, the proper picture and some random leftover letters from the link. So I have to delete the blank picture and the random letters, and hit publish again.

I believe those are the 17s from the 2011-2012 2LT. They do look good. I haven't seen those in the wild.

17's. I've seen one or two, I love them. Next time I see some I should ask the owner if they'll trade for the Sonic rims. The RS wheels are fine, but I think these look significantly better.

I also wouldn't mind either of these two

The 18's from the Sonic Dusk

Or the Performance 18's

Definitely try that. I got the wheels I got for 450 shipped to my house from eBay. Not too bad. Ashen gray? I love that color.

It is quick work though. It's the tungsten grey metalic. I love the colour, it's amazing. I love the manual trans in it. Yeah, I'm going to try and do it in about two weeks. I'm going to go on the Friday when it's free to go in, and find some rims, then hide them or something so I can go get them on the Saturday.
